Stopped by since it had been awhile and I was working at home instead of going to the office, but they’re still not great. My order is right about half the time because they can’t seem to read, and the drinks are always quite short. Sat at the window about 15-20 extra seconds trying to get their attention to show them the order was incorrect, but was just ignored. I acknowledge I could have stayed until I was finally listened to, but I grew impatient as I’m sure the line behind me was as I already had a lengthy wait to begin with. Maybe I’ll try again in a year when hopefully it’s yet another new crew, but in the meantime going to stick with my Frisco spot where they kill it every time.
After standing in a long queue in drive thru, they have given wrong orders twice. Also, their white chocolate mocha is never up to the standards. It tastes bitter most of the times.
I order my drink the same way, all the time. They, obviously, can't read or choose to not honor the customization that is on the sticker. Light whip should mean very little whip. There was at least 1/3 of the bottom of the cup full of whip. Then, when the good stuff was poured in, there was hardly any. That is the part I pay for. Then it was topped off with even more whip. I have this problem with just about every location. Its ridiculous and irritating for the amount of money I spend to not get what I ask for.
